As co-founders, we immigrated to Canada
several years ago and soon realized our longing for the
traditional foods from our hometown, particularly potato
noodles and chili oil cherished by the Asian community. Unable
to find fresh potato noodles and chili oil in Ontario, or even
across Canada, we felt inspired to create our own. Armed with
one of the co-founders possessing a doctorate in food science,
our passion lies in innovating and crafting groundbreaking food
products. With our expertise and the backing of the Asian
community, we've successfully developed numerous new recipes
that cater to the culinary preferences of both the Asian and
local communities throughout Canada.
